VERTICAL PLATFORM LIFT

Savaria introduces the Multilift wheel chair vertical platform lift. It
has been carefully designed to provide easy access for the physically
challenged. The ACME screw drive system offers a safe and reliable
operation for its users. This ruggedly constructed lift has been proven
for both indoor and outdoor applications.

The Multilift wheel chair vertical platform lift is designed to meet
today's safety code requirements like ASME A18.1 and CSA-B613 for
residential use. You can count on the Multilift...it will always be there when you need it.

SAFETY DEVICES Underpan sensor (optional) : Located under the vertical
platform lift, it prevents descent if something obstructs it. Flap
sensitive switches (optional) : Located under the vertical platform
lift, will prevent movement of the vertical platform lift if something
obstructs it. Arm position switches (optional) : Located at the inside
ends of the arms, will stop the stairway lift if the arms are in an
intermediate position (another position than horizontal vertical) Seat
position switch (optional) : Located under the seat, will ensure that
powered lift will not fold when the seat is down. The vertical platform
lift position switch (folded/unfolded) (optional) : Located on the
lower part of the frame, it prevent the vertical platform lift from
moving unless it entirely folded or unfolded.
